Afternoon of October 16, 2021.The Top-Level Design and First Equity Incentive Conference of Anhui Jinma Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. was grandly convened at the company’s headquarters building in Wuwei City, Wuhu City. Attendees included Dr. Xu Shengdeng, Dean and Chief Professor of the Anhui Entrepreneurship College of Jinan University, and his team; General Manager Zhang of Industrial Securities; Director Xiao of the Wuwei Financial Bureau; Deputy Director Jiang of the Wuwei Development Zone; and elites from the industry. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Weiguo, Executive Vice President of Jinma Electrical, with participation from directors of all centers, department heads, and employees at all levels of the company.

During the conference, Chairman Wang Junsheng of Jinma Electrical stated: “‘Cherish talent, cultivate talent, and maximize talent potential’ is Jinma’s talent policy. Our mission is to ‘strive to become a leading supplier and pioneer in China’s intelligent power control industry.’ Our vision is to ‘lead in core business, possess first-class R&D and production capabilities, and establish an efficient and exceptional marketing service system.’ We hope that through the establishment of an equity incentive system, we can attract managers and employees to hold shares, fostering a sense of ownership so that everyone sees themselves as a ‘boss’ of Jinma, working and earning for their own futures. By building a development model of ‘minority ownership, majority benefit,’ we will join hands with Jinma to pursue a bright future of group-scale operations and internationalization. When the ‘spring blossoms yield autumn fruits and fill the courtyard with fragrance,’ we will toast together in celebration!”

General Manager Wang Kai of Jinma Electrical elaborated on the equity incentive system: “This will be a win-win for both the enterprise and employees. The company gains talent and resources, while employees gain shares and rights. This not only transforms the employer-employee relationship into an equal partnership but also ties employees’ futures to the company’s success, forming a close alliance of shared interests and values. It will motivate employees’ enthusiasm and sense of responsibility while cultivating and retaining more outstanding talent. When everyone aligns their goals and works together, the company can develop faster and stronger. As employees achieve greater personal benefits, their self-worth will be more fully realized. I hope all Jinma staff will actively support the smooth implementation of the equity incentive program.”

Dr. Xu Shengdeng, Dean of the Anhui Entrepreneurship College of Jinan University and Chief Professor, provided an insightful and accessible overview of the origins of equity incentives and their role in corporate management.
